1920s Gardevoir

Since some have said that Nowan Mystiere's breasts were far too big for PG ratings I have decided to shrink her bust by half of its original size. So here is a drawing of her, my Pokesona, wearing a 1920s dress (with only medium-sized breasts). Done with only MSPaint.
